This Shipping Policy describes our current shipping methods, delivery estimates, title and risk of loss details, and other relevant information regarding orders you place on SPEKARMS LLC

Shipping Methods

SPEKARMS LLC offers a choice of shipping options to best meet your needs and delivery expectations:

Ground – Reliable delivery typically within 5-7 business days after order processing via common carriers like UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS. shipping is $5.00

Priority – Secure delivery averaging 2-3 days after our order processing via UPS / FedEx Express shipping starting at $12.00.

Military / Diplomatic – USPS Priority Mail delivery for APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Additional services like address forwarding also available.

Exact shipping fees are calculated automatically in checkout based on cart items, shipping address entered and carrier rates which frequently update. Rates displayed during checkout are final unless exceptional circumstances necessitate further carrier fees.

Processing Time Estimates

processing times are estimates only from when an order will completes our processing procedures. These processing times vary:

  • In-Stock Products: Average 1 hour – 2 business day
  • pre-ordered/back ordered: 2-4 business days from when the item is received to the shop

We constantly refine processes to prepare orders as swiftly as possible. Most in-stock goods ship the same or the next business day 

Once items complete processing and orders are released to carriers, delivery times start. We cannot control delays beyond that point caused by weather, customs holds, carrier errors, inaccurate shipping addresses or other events reasonably outside our control.

Order Tracking

A shipment tracking number is available via footer link as soon as your parcel ships revealing the expected delivery date and traceability. You will need your email entered in checkout as well as your order ID which is found within your confirmation email

If tracking information shows delivery but you did not receive products, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve promptly.

Title, Risk and Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer upon our drop-off of products to the shipping carrier after processing. We no longer bear responsibility for damage, loss, delays or other events occurring in transit after correctly surrendering items to carrier agents.

You may consider supplementary insurance for valuable or fragile items. We take reasonable precautions packing and securing items, but do not guarantee against parcel mishandling by errant carriers that occasionally happens.

Review orders promptly upon delivery. Save all packaging materials in original condition when possible if items appear broken or defective making returns simpler if issues emerge later.

Redirecting / Rerouting

If needing to redirect packages to a new address, immediately contact Customer Service with alternate destination details. Mid-transit redirections often incur additional shipping fees passed to you.

Once parcels are already marked “Out for Delivery”, redirects may not be possible. If delivery attempt made, redelivery costs typically apply also passed to the purchaser.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cross-border shipments to destinations outside the U.S. often incur customs duties, taxes, “de-minimis” fees, or clearance charges upon arrival imposed by local governments. Recipients are responsible for payment of any border taxes directly to agencies.

We have no control over additional surprise fees levied at foreign ports. Standard shipping quotes never include extra taxes often surprising recipients once packages arrive. Check your country’s policies to better understand total costs beforehand.

Military Shipping (APO/FPO/DPO)

We proudly ship care packages to deployed troops worldwide using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate with tracking included. .

Be aware mail delivery times to APO/FPO/DPO boxes depend greatly on military transport schedules. Allow 2-6+ weeks delivery time especially around holidays when mail volume spikes. We have no influence once USPS accepts custody.

International Shipping Limitations

Certain products are restricted or prohibited by country regulations making international delivery impossible to select destinations. Common examples banned abroad include air guns, ammunition, firearm components, some knives, pepper spray, Tasers and telescopic sights / night vision equipment.

Attempting to ship forbidden items internationally on your own increases seizure likelihood by customs. We reserve right to cancel or refund orders containing illegal contraband per local rules of importing nation.

Pick Up In Store

we do not currently operate with public retail stores. If you wish to do an in-store pick please contact me before placing your order so the pick-up time can be arranged. if you order before contacting us we will ship the order as normal no exceptions

Lost / Stolen / Missing Items

Unfortunately, occasional parcel theft, misplacement or damage during shipping occurs despite best efforts. Report lost, stolen, or still not received orders after 10 days domestic or 4 weeks international to initiate investigation and settlement.

OUR LIABILITY ENDS once carriers scan packages indicating “Delivered” at appropriate addresses. Claims beyond that point should be filed with local postal inspectors or carrier agents directly. We assist redelivery attempts or insurance reimbursement wherever possible.

Returning Items

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Some exceptions exist around hazardous goods, custom items, merchandise on clearance, etc. View our Returns Policy page for complete guidelines.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or our error. We try to provide pre-paid return labels whenever eligible to make exchanges convenient. Refund methods follow the original payment method.
